Choc choc choc and crunch





Mr Bondi Rescue boys are chowing on some on my hand made Golden Crunch Granola, it has a twist with a few little extras to give it some choc crunch !!!





Step 1:

500g Bondi Bikkies Golden Crunch
200g shredded coconut
200g plane flour
40g Coco Powder

Step 2:

1 tin of sweetened condensed milk
100g butter

Step 3:

300g dark chocolate
10g cofa


Place all of Step 1: in a mixing bowl and combine well.

in a pot place off of Step 2: into a pot and melt butter and condensed milk together. this will take about 5 mins make sure you stir at all times, as it can burn easy. Once butter is melted add it to Step 1: mix well and press into a lined baking tin.

Bake in a preheated oven for aprox 10-15 mins till golden brown.

Step 3:
Once cooked melt dark chocolate and cofa over simmering water and spread over slice. allow to cool and slice and serve with a hot cuppa after a surf..
